Janet Duderstadt
Legal Counsel
Janet Duderstadt has responsibility for the legal affairs of Alcoa Power and Propulsion as our Business Unit Counsel. Ms. Duderstadt, who is also Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Alcoa, has been a member of Alcoa's legal department since 1987. She has practiced extensively in the general commercial, compliance, and health and safety areas.
Ms. Duderstadt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Juris Doctor degree. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Order of Barristers, and Delta Theta Phi.
