James B. Johnson currently serves as Alcoa Howmet's Vice President - Manufacturing. Mr. Johnson has held numerous positions since joining Alcoa Howmet's Dover facility in 1978, including Quality Assurance Manager, Operations Manager, Business Center Manager, General Manager, and Vice President - Support Operations.
Following Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees, Mr. Johnson has continued his professional education through the completion of the University of Tennessee Executive Development Program. He is currently a member of the YMCA Board of Directors and the New Jersey Business and Industry Association.
