The 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Howmet Aerospace Inc. (“Howmet Aerospace” or the “Company”) will be held on Monday, June 15, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. In light of the public health impact of the coronavirus (“COVID-19”) pandemic and in order to protect the health and well-being of our shareholders, directors and employees, the annual meeting will be held virtually via live webcast at There will be no physical in-person meeting.

Shareholders of record of Howmet Aerospace common stock as the close of business on April 27, 2020 are entitled to vote at the meeting. Shareholders will be able to virtually attend the annual meeting, vote their shares electronically and submit questions during the live webcast of the meeting by visiting and entering their 16-digit control number. Voting now at will ensure your representation at the annual meeting regardless of whether you participate in our live webcast. If you have already voted, there is no need to vote again unless you wish to change your vote.

How can I attend the annual meeting and ask questions at the meeting?

If you plan to attend the meeting via live webcast, you will need to log in to the webcast using the 16-digit control number located on your Notice, on your proxy card or on the instructions that accompanied your proxy materials. You may log in to the webcast by visiting The webcast will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 15, 2020. Online access will begin at 7:45 a.m., Eastern Time. We encourage you to access the webcast prior to the designated start time, to give yourself plenty of time to log in and ensure that you can hear streaming audio prior to the start of the meeting.

If you wish to submit a question during the meeting, you may do so by logging into the virtual meeting platform at, type your question into the “Ask a Question” field, and clicking “Submit.”

We have retained Broadridge Financial Solutions (“Broadridge”) to host the annual meeting virtually via live webcast.
